I offer teletherapy and currently also offer in person sessions at certain times of the year. EMDR therapy works equally well through teletherapy as it does in person. Many clients prefer the convenience and privacy of accessing therapy from the comfort of their own homes. Teletherapy sesssions are conducted securely and confidentially.
Adjuncive EMDR therapy can be helpful for clients who are already working with a primary therapist but want to address a traumatic event. If you and your therapist are interested in Adjunctive EMDR I will work with you as a team to assess whether this is something that might be helpful. Adjunctive work typically lasts between 9-12 sessions.
